Our check-in time is 3pm, but if we have a room prepared earlier, it's yours! We kindly ask that guests check-out by 11am so we can prepare for future guests.

We're just six miles away from Orlando International Airport, the best way to get to the hotel is by car. Contact us if you’d like to arrange an airport pick-up service for anadditional charge.

For your convenience, we offer valet parking for an additional charge. Self-parking is also available on floors 2 and up at the Wave Garage which is located adjacent to the hotel.

Yes, we welcome furry friends under 40 lbs. We do charge a small cleaning fee of $150 non-refundable that will be applied to guest rooms and $250.00 to suites.
